Walter Cicack has been practicing law for 30 years. He practices primarily in the area of business litigation, including complex contract disputes, business divorces, restrictive covenant matters, financial related matters, and professional liability matters. He has substantial experience trying complex commercial jury trials as well as bench trials and arbitrations. Walter has represented large companies such as Chevron, Wachovia Bank, and Arthur J. Gallagher, as well as middle market business organizations. Although his business litigation practice is varied, many of Walter’s recent cases involve disputes between business partners, corporate raiding and fiduciary duty disputes, trade secrets and restrictive covenant disputes, and insurance broker/agent disputes.
Prior to co-founding Hawash Meade Gaston Neese & Cicack LLP, Walter was a partner at Adams and Reese, LLP and Seyfarth Shaw, LLP.
